ACUPUNCTURIST & OWNER

Dr Sara Jaye Fenton D.Ac, L.Ac, RYT

I decided to become an acupuncturist when I experienced transpersonal healing as a patient myself. In appreciation and gratitude, I decided to earn my Doctor of Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health, formerly known as TAI.

As a holistic Acupuncturist, I provide lifestyle, diet, and herbal suggestions to support my clients. I am trained in Five Element and TCM styles of acupuncture. I believe that continued learning is important for any good practitioner. I am training in the highly specified Shen-Hammer pulse lineage, and study with the acclaimed author Lonny Jarrett through his Clinical Integration post-graduate integral trainings. I practice non-dual meditation and Nei Gong style Qigong for self-cultivation and the betterment of humankind.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with my husband, two step children, and our fur and scale babies.

Intention - Evergreen Holistic Healing

The name Evergreen comes from the heart centered space within that continues to shine even in the darkest seasons of life. Evergreen trees remain green year round. The yogis call this the Heart Chakra, Anahata, meaning limitless compassion.

Qing Ling 青 靈 Blue Green Spirit is the name of an acupuncture point on the meridian dedicated to the Heart, the Sovereign within us. The Chinese characters 青 靈 show the process of alchemical transformation and the generative power of growth that takes place in plants during the Spring.

We all carry this space within our being even through the darkest of times. The name of this practice calls you back to Remembrance of your ability to grow and shine from within.
